Women in Tech®Vietnam and Women Tech Entrepreneurs is proud to highlight Mr. Toan Ngo, a prominent figure with over 20 years of leadership experience in high-tech & IT services, as a powerful and Member of Advisory Board to Women in Tech®Vietnam and Women Tech Entrepreneurs community.
Mr. Toan Ngo's profound expertise spans operations excellence, IT systems, software development, process quality, talent, and business development. As a prolific speaker and trainer, he has led numerous industry-focused programs and authored more than 70 professional articles, demonstrating his deep commitment to knowledge sharing and professional development.
With his extensive background, Toan offers a pragmatic and inspiring perspective on gender and technology. He champions the belief that women's roles and contributions are already clearly visible across all sectors, and that the key to progress is overcoming the outdated belief that women "should not" or "cannot" excel in technology.
His perspective is clear:
✅ Gender Balance: Everyone should simply pursue the work they love and do best, as there are no major legal or educational barriers today.
✅The Real Obstacle: The main challenge is not external, but the outdated societal belief that limits women’s potential in tech.
✅ Action Over Waiting: Women do not need to wait for opportunities; many have already forged their own paths to become senior leaders, even from non-technical backgrounds.
Thank you, Mr. Toan Ngo, for your invaluable support, guidance, and commitment to empowering the Women in Tech®Vietnam community. Your leadership and dedication continue to inspire us and strengthen our mission to uplift and advance women in technology. We deeply appreciate your contributions and ongoing partnership.
